How do I track my DROS?
After your purchase, your transaction appears in the app under "My DROS." California law requires a 10-day waiting period for all firearm purchases. Your status will update through these stages:
- Pending — DROS submitted to CA DOJ
- DOJ Approved — Background check cleared
- Ready for Pickup — Waiting period complete, come pick up your firearm
- Completed — Firearm delivered to you
You will receive push notifications when your status changes.
What features does the app offer?
- DROS Tracking — Real-time status of your firearm transactions
- Appointments — Schedule pickups, PPT transfers, gunsmithing, training, and FSC tests
- AI Legal Assistant — Answers about California firearms law (informational only, not legal advice)
- FSC Wallet — Securely store your Firearm Safety Certificate number on your device
- Push Notifications — Get alerted when your DROS status changes
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Profile, and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data. You can also request deletion by emailing [email protected].
